Email Marketing Strategy
Marketing will deploy a 10-week email marketing campaign targeting a database of sourced candidates and candidates from the ATS. The goal of this candidate-nurturing campaign is to provide consistent and relevant information about what makes Duke Health a premier employer and encourage recipients to apply to open positions.
Each email will be distributed bi-weekly to safeguard against spam flags and audience over saturation. Following the distribution of each email, Hueman marketing will provide Duke recruiters with the contact information for recipients who opened and clicked a link within the email for further follow-up.
Design
Marketing leverages banner images and boxed text to differentiate email content, draw the reader's attention to the most important information and encourage them to take action.
